报告人简介：

张灏教授，博士生导师，博士后指导教授。本硕毕业于中国医科大学，日本岛根医科大学博士学位。

回国前任职于美国MD Anderson癌症中心和贝勒医学院。目前担任暨南大学医学院精准肿瘤和病理研究所所长，汕头大学医学院特聘教授。国际学术杂志Cancer Letters和Scientific Report 编委。Cancer Research, Clinical Cancer Research, PNAS和Oncogene等杂志的评审专家。《转化医学杂志》的执行编委。在多个国家和省级专业委员会任职。专注肿瘤个性化诊治的转化研究并开展了多项临床实验。目前组织筹建中国抗癌协会肿瘤标志专业委员会外泌体专家委员会。

报告内容简介：

1. Development of novel targets and model systems for personalized cancer therapy.

2. Tumour-secreted exosomes in circulation may contain transcriptional, translational or epigenetic information about the cancer and have emerged as a liquid biopsy approach for cancer diagnosis or prognosis. With recent advances of next generation RNA sequencing and bioinformatics, mechanisms producing chimeric RNA have been discovered. In my talk, I will report our discovery of chimeric RNAs in cancer and the recent progression that reveal the application of chimeric RNA in circulating exosomes as a noninvasive approach for cancer molecular detection and for monitoring of treatment response to tailor therapeutic decisions.
