报告人简介：

杨明世，1997年在延边大学获得理学硕士学位，2003年在沈阳药科大学获得药剂学博士学位后，在日本岐阜药科大学和丹麦药科大学进行了3年的博士后研究。2006年进入丹麦诺和诺德公司进行胰岛素口服给药的研究开发工作，2009年杨博士被哥本哈根大学健康和医学学院聘为副教授。他的研究方向主要是颗粒设计和蛋白多肽类药物的传递。目前研究工作包括采用喷雾干燥、喷雾冷冻干燥和电喷雾等提高蛋白和多肽类药物的稳定性和传递。目前指导三名博士生，并共同指导其他3名博士生。

报告内容简介

roteins and peptides are excellent therapeutic compounds which have highly specific and potent biological function. However, the efficacious and safe delivery of peptide and protein drugs remains a major challenge due to a number of factors such as physicochemical instability and poor permeability through biological membranes etc. Enabling formulation technologies are highly in demand for the successful development of various dosage forms for the effective delivery of peptide and protein drugs. This presentation aims to discuss the spray drying process for biopharmaceuticals and their potential of improving the delivery of pharmaceutical proteins and peptides via controlling the physicochemical characteristics of the engineered particles.
